Our Beginning in Catonsville
In 2011, Chef Rehan Khan opened Umami Global Bistro at 712 Frederick Rd, Catonsville, MD. His goal was to bring together the flavors of his Pakistani roots with the rich traditions of Mediterranean cooking. From day one, the focus has been on real ingredients, careful preparation, and meals that bring people together.
